with many traditional dishes from Ecuador, a lot of variety seafood, steak, chicken & etc.
Alex P. Loja M.- Executive Chef
Born in El Triunfo, Ecuador. moved to New York City in 2010, starting cooking at age of 16 Year old At Cafe Fiorello in 2013 then moved in 2017 to Jean Georges Restaurant with more Experience integrated to his family Business Ecuadorian Food Restaurant.
Graduated from International Culinary Center.
